Differential DiagnosisHistory:
Erythematous scaly circinate patch involved both glabrous and nonglabrous skin of the face charactrized by an active more scaly border of one year duration. KOH examination of lesional scales gave positive result for fungi. The patient gave history of partial and periodic improvement on topical steroids but exacerbation of the lesion was the rule.
