Differential DiagnosisHistory:
A young adult male presented with fever, headache and joint pain, one day later followed by a vesicular rash involving most body areas. The rash was more intense on the face with main presenting lesions were vesicles and hemorrhagic crusts. Family history of chicken pox was positive.
