Differential DiagnosisHistory:
A 20-year-old man had hard testicular swelling diagnosed on testicular biopsy as testicular carcinoma, six months later he presented with multiple asymptomatic infiltrative pink-red nodules and plaques simulating B-cell lymphoma lesions mainly on the trunk. Biopsy of skin lesions proved them to be seconadry metastasis.
