Differential DiagnosisHistory:
Well demarcated red scaly dermatitis to psoriasiform-like rash involved the perioral area and the inguinal region of one month duration in a 9-month-old baby. The serum zinc level was below normal and the condition rapidly improved on oral zinc therapy.
