Differential DiagnosisHistory:
A young adult man presented with an asymptomatic, chronic, indolent, discharging sinus at the middle of the left mandibular region. On examination hard nodular mass was palpated attached to the underlying jaw with red nodule at the opening of the sinus tract. This odontogenous sinus was associated with a periapical abscess.
