Differential DiagnosisHistory:
A 10-year-old girl presented with atrophic pitted acne-like scars on the face with whitish infiltrations on the inner surface of the lower lip and the eyelids. Hoarseness of the voice was noticed since the first year of life. Slightly warty hyperpigmented plaques on the extensor surface of both knees developed at last year.
