History:

A housewife presented with swelling of proximal nail folds, cuticular loss and nail plate discoloration and destruction of three years duration. She claimed that on suitable topical treatment and avoidance of moisture exposure and using protective gloves good improvement obtained otherwise exacerbations will be the result.
