Differential DiagnosisHistory:
This young adult man presented with hypertrophied scar that spontaneously developed on the chest and back near the shoulder. One dermatologist tried to remove the lesion surgically followed by local infiltration of the wound with a corticosteroid one to two weeks post surgically. However, his trial failed as keloidal scar has extended beyond the surgical wound (see second picture "back lesion").
