Differential DiagnosisHistory:
A middle-aged woman presented for the first time with widespred flaccid bullae and painful erosions of one month duration. The condition started with painful oral erosions and then it has involved the scalp, neck, trunk, umbilicus and proximal part of the extremities. On examination many blisters have transformed into pustules.
