Differential DiagnosisHistory:
This woman had been diagnosed as a case of pemphigus vulgaris 15 years ago. She was well-controlled on 10 mg prednisolone and 50 mg azothioprine daily during these years. Three weeks ago she suffered severe exacerbation with flaccid bullae involved most of body areas. However, at this presentation there was no mucosal involvement.
