Differential DiagnosisHistory:
A middle-age man presented with pruritic, discoid-shaped, erythematous weepy and crusted plaques on the dorsal surface of both hands of many weeks duration. The patient had many previous bouts of similar rash since many years. The condition well improved on potent topical corticosteroids and an oral antihastamine.
