History:

The gluteal region and buttocks are relatively common sites of involvement by strawberry hemangioma. This 6-month-old infant presented with a congenital capillary hemangioma affected the left buttock. On examination, major portion of the lesion had been replaced by scar tissue due to secondary bacterial infection.
