History:

 An asymptomatic solitary nodulo-ulcerative lesion with rolled up edge and granular base with an easy bleeding tendency involved the left cheek of one year duration. Excisional skin biopsy has proved nodulo-ulcerative BCC. This patient also had a small venous lake on the lower lip.
