Differential DiagnosisHistory: Asymptomatic, bilateral, symmetrical, palpable purpuric rash involved the legs and forearms of 10 days duration. History, physical examination and relevant investigations revealed no associated or triggering conditions (infections, drugs, CTD or malignancies). Skin biopsy showed cutaneous leukocytoclastic vasculitis.
