Differential DiagnosisHistory: This man suffered very pruritic generalized erythematous patches for more than 20 years. He got symptomatic relief on potent topical corticosteroids and antihistamines on the expense of skin atrophy, telangectasia and hyperpigmentation (poikiloderma-like picture). At presentation the lesions have changed from patches to plaques which on skin biopsy showed typical histologic changes of MF.
