Differential DiagnosisHistory: A middle-aged woman a known case of Darier's disease since adolescence presented with multiple asymptomatic verrucous cauliflower-like papules on the abdomen and hands of long duration. Dirty warty greasy brownish papules characteristic of Darier's disease on the chest are evident (third photo).
