Differential DiagnosisHistory: A two-month-old infant with positive family history of scabies presented with many red nodules on the trunk especially the back and characteristic liner scabetic burrows on both soles. All lesions disappeared 3 weeks after treatment with 5% sulfur ointment for three consecutive days.
