Differential DiagnosisHistory: Erythema multiforme commonly follows viral and bacterial infections and herpes simplex is the commonest associated infection. However, during clinical dermatological practice, orf is also frequent antecedent viral infection preceding EM as in the presented case of EM involving both hands complicating orf on the left thumb.
