Differential DiagnosisHistory:
Lichen planus involved the oral cavity and lower lip of 5 years duration in a middle aged smoker woman. She developed a vegetative ulcer with granular base and hemorrhagic crust on back ground of lichen planus changes along almost entire lower lip in last year. Skin biopsy from the ulcer margin revealed SCC.
