Differential DiagnosisHistory: A middle aged man presented with a unilateral lichen planus of dermatomal (zosteriform) distribution confined to T12-L1 dermatomes. Most lesions have resolved leaving post-inflammatory brownish discoloration, however, few violaceous lesions were still seen.
