Differential DiagnosisHistory: An 18-year-old male, a known case of psoriasis since four years, presented with a marked thick whitish-grey thickening of the palms and soles unresponsive to many therapeutic modalities. He suffered hands and feet functional impairment due to the severe degree of keratoderma.
