Differential DiagnosisHistory: A 10-year-old boy presented with bilateral symmetrical non-scaly red patches involving the face especially the butterfly area associated with denuded and crusted lips and purpuric rash on both lower limbs of five days duration. He complained fever and lassitude two days prior to the rash onset.
