Differential DiagnosisHistory: A toddler presented with multiple, monomorphous, non-scaly, slightly pruritic, flat topped red papules involved the face and the extensor surfaces of the limbs and characteristically spared the trunk. The rash was bilateral and symmetrical of three weeks duration. There was no associated evidence of viral hepatitis or other viral infections.
