Differential DiagnosisHistory: An asymptomatic oval brownish plaque with well demarcated irregular border and somehow clear center on the scalp of three years duration. On clinical backgrounds pigmented BCC, lenigo maligna melanoma and seborrheic keratosis were the most probable diagnoses. Histologically, pigmented BCC was the final diagnosis.
