History: A 50-year-old woman has had a long history started since early childhood of few red scaly plaques with elevated irregular warty borders and slightly atrophic centers. The lesions had tendency to slow progressive peripheral extension with somehow zosteriform distribution. Skin biopsy was consistent with plaque-type porokeratosis.
