Differential DiagnosisHistory: Hunter syndrome is an X-linked mucopolysaccharidosis-II. This 10-year-old girl presented with the characteristic firm flesh-colored to white pebbly papules over the inferior angles of the scapulas, pectoral areas and the shoulders. She had broad saddle nose, squint, kyphosis and claw-like fingers but with normal mentality.
