Differential DiagnosisHistory: A middle-aged obese woman presented with tender brownish-red to purplish firm nodules and plaques, some of which were adherent to the overlying skin with some scarring and ulcerations on the back of both legs of more than one year duration. Skin biopsy showed lobular panniculitis and many tuberculoid granulomas in the subcutaneous layer and lower dermis.
