History: A 4-year toddler presented with marked hoarseness of the voice since she was one year old. On examination, she had a waxy appearance and many whitish cream-like papules infiltrating the inner surface of the lower lip and the dorsum of the tongue were seen in addition to many pitted acne-like scars involved the forehead and the elbows.
