Differential DiagnosisHistory: An old woman presented with red scaly photosensitive dermatitis in the butterfly area of the face, arthritis and vasculitic ulcers involved the fingertips and the dorsum of one foot of many months duration. She had positive ANA and anti ds-DNA antibody, abnormally high ESR and proteinurea.
