Differential DiagnosisHistory: An alcoholic man presented with sunburn-like phototoxic reaction involving the face, extensor surface of the forearms and the dorsum of the hands of two weeks duration. Skin changes were rapidly and greatly improved on therapy with niacin 100 mg three times daily.
