Differential DiagnosisHistory: This 25-year-old male presented with recurrent attacks of scaling and mildly itchy plaques over the extensors and scalp. He responds very quickly to topical steroids, but the lesions keep recurring. Other combinations including topical tazarotene are being tried currently.
