Differential DiagnosisHistory: A middle-aged diabetic woman presented with an irregular ulcer having a granular base and undermined purplish border of one year duration. On examination there was an evidence of previously healed ulcer in the nearby area. Skin biopsy was compatible with pyoderma gangrenosum.
