History: A 70-year-old woman presented with multiple, asymptomatic, purplish-bluish nodules and plaques of varying shapes and sizes on the face, forearms and hands of more than one year duration. No mucosal involvement, lymph node enlargement or organomegaly. Skin biopsy confirmed the diagnosis of Kaposi's sarcoma.
