Differential DiagnosisHistory: A middle-aged man was diagnosed two years ago as pemphigus vulgaris. He was well-controlled on prednisolone and azothioprine. At last month he stopped treatment abruptly by himself, so new lesions appeared mainly on the face in a form of flaccid blisters that rapidly opened into painful erosions.
