Differential DiagnosisHistory: A teenager boy presented during spring with a pruritic erythematous papulovesicular rash distributed in photosensitive areas especially the face, ear rims, V-area of the chest, extensor forearms and the trunks of 5 days duration. The patient was greatly improved on systemic antihistamine, topical steroid and sun protection.
