Differential DiagnosisHistory: A middle-aged woman presented with erythematous scaly atrophied plaques involved the extensor surfaces of both forearms of many months duration. She had no apparent focus of tuberculosis in the other parts of the body. Skin biopsy revealed tuberculoid granuloma.
