Differential Diagnosis

History: This patient has had congenital vascular malformation (previously known as cavernous hemangioma) since birth. It was large in size about 15 cm diameter extending from the umbilicus outward to the right side. With time most of the malformation has disappeared semi-totally except for a small asymptomatic compressible spongy bluish nodule (shown in the presented image).
