History: This lady presented with multiple, asymptomatic, rough, brownish, keratotic, flat-topped papules, 2 to 5 mm in diameter on the calf of more than one year duration. It mimicked plane wart except the surface was keratotic. Biopsy was consistent with hyperkeratosis lenticularis perstans (Flegel's disease).
