Differential DiagnosisHistory: A middle-aged man was bothered by the appearance of two asymptomatic red-purplish papules on the glans penis of two months duration. Two differential diagnoses were put in mind; pyogenic granuloma and Kaposi's sarcoma and for this reason one papule has been excised totally and sent for histological examination. Fortunately the biopsy result was benign and compatible with PG.
