Differential DiagnosisHistory: A middle-aged woman presented with a sudden eruption of multiple asymptomatic yellowish papules, some of which had central umbilication on the trunk and extremities of one month duration. Her blood sugar was discovered abnormally high after the onset of the rash eruption.
