Differential DiagnosisHistory: A middle-age lady presented with three asymptomatic slowly enlarged indurated plaques with central crustation on one cheek and the bridge of the nose of about 7 months duration. All lesions have responded well to intralesional infiltration of Sodium stibogluconate therapy.
