Differential DiagnosisHistory: More than one year history of pruritic, hypertrophic, scaly and verrucous plaques on the dorsum of both hands and feet. Some lesions had pink to violaceous color and others with prominent Wickham's striae. Skin biopsy was consistent with verrucous (hypertrophic) lichen planus.
