Differential DiagnosisHistory: This male was on anti-tuberculous therapy and is currently on isoniazid which is known to cause acneiform eruptions. The teaching is that these eruptions are not a contra-indication for continuing isoniazid. The lesions are self-limiting and resolve after cessation of therapy.
