Differential DiagnosisHistory: A young adult female presented during summer with multiple, scaly, annular plaques with slightly elevated keratotic ridges (rims) with central grooves on the central part of the face especially on the nose. Cornoid lamellae were evident on histological examination of skin biopsy.
