Differential DiagnosisHistory: A middle-aged housewife woman presented with a nodular lesion with central necrosis on the side of the left index finger. Few days later she developed bilateral multiple iris-like target lesions on both hands. The association of orf and erythema multiforme is commonly seen during dermatological daily practice .
