Differential Diagnosis

History: A young adult man had severe nodulo-cystic acne treated with Isotretinoin 40 mg per day. One month from the start of therapy he developed a nodular lesion on his back amid the lesions of acne. His lesion had bleeding tendency on minor touch. Although most cases of Retinoid-induced PGs involve the fingers, however any other area may be affected.
