Differential DiagnosisHistory: A 30-year-old woman presented with an asymptomatic, dull-red, indurated plaque with a central ulcer on the leg of 10 months duration. The ulcer had regular punched-out border and a granular base covered with yellowish crustation. Biopsy proved it to be cutaneous leishmaniasis.
