Differential DiagnosisHistory: Cheilitis glandularis is a rare inflammatory, painless enlargement of the lower lip, usually in elderly men. It may be triggered by actinic damage, bacterial infection, tobacco exposure and chronic irritation. This non-smoker man suffered painless, indurated, asymmetric swelling of the lower lip of about two years duration.
