Differential DiagnosisHistory: A middle-aged man presented with classical lichen planus lesions (pruritic, purplish, plane-topped, polygonal, shiny papules and plaques). The lesions were bilateral symmetrical and involved mainly the flexosr surface of the wrists and forearms and the dorsum of the hands of many months duration. The mouth, scalp and nails were not involved.
