Differential DiagnosisHistory: An adult housewife who exposed daily to moisture for long periods developed painless erythematous pillow-like swelling of the proximal nail folds chiefly of the right predominant hand associated with cuticular loss of affected fingers and ridging and crumbling of the nail plates.
